1 cup liver pate
1/4 cup brandy
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup butter
2 tlbs parsley chopped
salt
pepper
chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter over low heat until lightly brown. Add mushroom and butter in pate and mix well. Stir in brandy and parsley salt and pepper and mix well. let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, chill overnight and serve with chopped chives
