1 pound of pork tenderloin
3 eggs beaten
4 tlbscornstarch
Peanut oil
2 tlbs wine vinegar
2 tlbs sugar
1 cup chicken broth
1tlbs catsup
4 slices pineapple
1 green pepper cut into small pieces
1/2 cup carrots sliced thin
1 tsp salt
black pepper

cut pork into small pieces,dip into egg then roll into cornstarch 2 tlbs. Fry pork for 10 minutes.drain Add pork to remaining ingredients and cook in oil over high heat for five minutes. stirring constantly
