1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1½ cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
1 can water chestnuts (finely chopped)
3 green onions (finely chopped)
Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze spinach until dry. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and put in fridge overnight. Serve with pumpernickel or croutons.
