2 cups sugar
4 cups quick oats
1½ cups buttermilk
1½ cups oil

5½ cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1½ baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
12 oz. bag chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400º

Mix in large bowl: eggs, sugar, oats, buttermilk, oil

Add: flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, chips

Drop on cookie sheet with small scoop

Bake for 8-10 minutes
