¼ cup butter
2 T flour
1 c milk
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 t parsley
½ t pepper, garlic salt
¼ t salt
Directions:

Melt butter over low heat. Add flout. Stir.
Cook 1 minute.
Gradually add milk over medium heat until thick
Turn off heat.
Add cheese and seasoning
