1-30 oz. bag of Frozen, Shredded Hash Browns
1-10 oz. can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
4 c. Chicken Broth
3 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
½ c. Cream Cheese, softened
½ c. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Onion Powder
½ tsp. Dried Oregano
Crumbled Bacon
1 bag Ranch Dressing Mix
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine chicken broth and hash browns in large pot over high heat and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to medium and stir in chicken soup, cheddar cheese, onion powder, bacon and Ranch Dressing mix.
3. Season generously with salt and pepper. And cook for 10-15 minutes.
4. Stir in sour cream and cream cheese until completely incorporated, then blend everything together (or leave as is).

I usually double this and make in the crock pot. It cooks on low for 4-5 hours.
