2 tblsp. honey
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tblsp. finely chopped Vidalia onion
4 tblsp. olive oil

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir in onion. Whisk in olive oil, 1 tblsp. at a time, until well blended.
