10 lb potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut up
1 c chopped onion
12 boiled eggs chopped
Dressing:
1 c vinegar
1 c water
1 c sugar
2 tsp salt
8 eggs beaten
4 T mustard
1 quart miracle whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cut up potatoes, onion and chopped boiled eggs.
Dressing: Bring vinegar, water sugar and salt to a boil. Pour small amounts of hot mixture into beaten eggs, continue stirring eggs as you pour not mixture so as not to "scramble" the eggs. Return mixture to heat and continue cooking 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add mustard and miracle whip. Pour dressing over potatoes, onion and eggs. Mix and refrigerate.
(Recipe and be cut in half.)
