4 large green tomato
2 large green peppers and several (4) small jalapenos
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
2-3 teaspoons honey (to taste)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon coriander
⅛ teaspoon garlic

Blanch tomatoes about 4 minutes. Peal (remove hard white core) and chop

Roast pepper to char, skin and peel

Place all ingredients in blender and pulse.
