4-6 eggs
2 cups sugar
2½ Tbsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
2 pints cream
6 cups milk

Directions:
Separate eggs. Whip egg whites until stiff. Cream sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and salt together; mix in cream. Fold in egg whites. Pour into ice cream freezer. Add milk to freezer fill line. (Half and half can be used instead of the cream and milk.)
