Ingredients:

10 cups of water
1 cup of chicken stock or broth
3 lb. of chicken with or without bones
1 lb. of baby carrots
5 tbsp. fresh oregano chopped
5 tbsp. fresh sweet basil
4 5o 5 stalks of celery chopped
1 large onion chopped
8 oz. bag of frozen peas
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a boil. Cook until chicken on completely cooked. Remove from heat. Remove Chicken from pot and remove the bones. Cut into bite size pieces. Put chicken back into the pot. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.

Note:
If adding noodles or dumplings bring back up to a boil. place noodles or dumplings cook until noodles or dumplings are done.
