1 chicken, skinned and cut up (or use chicken breast)
1 onion, chopped
1 cup of rice, uncooked
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 soup can of water
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Salt chicken and brown in hot oil--not necessary for it to be done. I like to flour mine but it is not necessary. Remove from skillet. Brown onion and rice in drippings (may need to add more oil). Return cooked chicken to skillet and add soup and water--adding more water as needed. Cover skillet (good recipe for electric skillet) and cook slowly for 1 hour. Check occasionally to see if you want to add more water--don't let it dry out. Salt if needed.
