1 lb ground beef
2 large green zucchini cut to cub
1 medium egg plant cut to cub
2 large potato had cut to cub
1 large onion diced
2 tsp minced garlic
1 small bell pepper diced
1 12 oz can diced tomato
1 tsp all spice
3 tbs tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chill pepper
1/2 tsp Blake pepper
1/3 cup oil Or 4 tbs butter

Use a large baking pan add every ingredient together mix and combine well.
Spread in the pan equally .
In the oven on 400º for 45-60 minutes and stir occasionally for the extra moist to a evaporate .
Serve in a large plat and decorate with parsley and wedges of pitta bread.
