1 T. caraway seed

1. Drain some juice from cans before adding a little water .Stir in caraway seeds, heat in small pan until cooked, Place in roaster after the gravy is removed and stir to get the dripping to flavor the sauerkraut.

Do not use sauerkraut in bags. The air seeps through and changes the flavor.
