16 oz. package of frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained, towel dried.
3 ½ lb. chicken, cooked, skinned, and cut up (shortcut- buy rotisserie chicken.
1/8”-1/4” slices of Velveeta cheese, cover chicken.
Mixture: 1 can of Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup & ½ cup Kraft Miracle Whip.
1-5oz. can of Water Chestnuts
1-3oz. can of French’s Crispy Fried Onions

Spray 9”x12” glass pan with Pam or lightly grease. Place broccoli florets in a pan. Put chicken pieces on top then Velveeta slices to cover chicken. Layer soup and Miracle Whip mixture on top of cheese. Place sliced water chestnuts over all, press lightly into soup mixture. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven then sprinkle crispy onions on top and bake for 10 more minutes.
