1¼ c. all purpose flour
¼ tsp. salt
10 Tbs. unsalted butter, cold & cut into cubes
2-4 Tbs. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Pulse flour and salt in a food processor.
Add cubed butter to flour mixture and pulse until lima bean sized pieces of dough form.
Slowly add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Pulse until the dough just holds together.

Gather the dough into a bal and flatten it on a floured surface.
Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.

Return dough to floured surface and flatten to fit a 9" pie plate.

Roll the dough around the rolling pin and unroll it over the pie plate. Fit dough to the plate.
