1 cup pot cheese
2 eggs
5 tbs. sugar
4 tbs. raisins (optional)
1 tbs. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients throughly, spread over baked crepes, roll them up, place them in a well buttered baking pan and bake 20minutes. Dust with sugar and serve hot.
