1-1/2 lb. pork
2 tbs. fat
3 large onions
1 tbs. paprika
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 cloves garlic, criushed
2 tbs. flour
1 can (15 oz. can) sauerkraut
2 tbs. sour cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown finely chopped onions in hot fat, till golden brown, stir in paprika, salt, crushed garlic and cubed meat and simmer until meat is tender, adding a little water occasionally when required.

When fat is clear dust with flour, continue roasting, add hot waster or stock and bring to a good boil. Add washed and drained sauerkraut and cook till kraut is soft.

Sour cream can be added after the c goulash done cooking.
