6 eggs
1 slice bacon
6 chicken livers
dry mustard
6 tablespoons heavy cream salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into 6 pieces and saute save bacon discard fat. Saute chicken livers in 2 tablespoon butter for five minutes or until lightly brown.Put 1 liver in each of 6 buttered baking dish ramekins. Add a few grains of cayenne and pinch of mustard to cream and stir well. Put 1 tlbs cream in each dish,break 1 one eggon top of the cream. season with salt and pepper.Put a piece of baconon top of each egg.Cover the dishes and bake eggs in 375 oven for 10 minutes or until eggs set.
