3 wild duck split
1 cup dry white wine
2 tlbs chopped parsley
2 tlbs chopped chives
3 whole cloves
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp ground mace
1 cup melted butter
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate ducks in fridge for at least 8 hour in mixture of wine parsley chives cloves thyme mace and salt and pepper
Drain and dry the ducks Dip in melted butterand briol over medium heat for 30 minutes or until done. turning once and basting with butter.
