2 cups diced beets
4 cups shredded cabbage,purple
3 pounds beef bones
2 pounds beef brisket cut into small pieces
31/2 cup canned tomatoes
3/4 cup lemon juice
6 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp paprika
3 tlbs sugar
1 tsp salt
black pepper sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bones and brisket with 2 qts of water bring to a boil cover and simmer for 1 hour.Add vegestables lemon juice and seasonings and simmer for 2 hours.Remove bones and trim off any meat and discard bone. Cut meat into small
pieces. Return meat to soup and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream
