Veal Parmesan Recipe

1 pound veal round steak
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon paprikia
⅓ cup oil
3 tablespoon water
1 (8) ouncce can tomato sauce
½ tsp oregano
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut veal into 4 serving pieces. Stir together dry ingredients except the oregano. Beat egg and dip the meat in the egg mixture and then into the crumb mixture. Coat both sides of the meat.

Heat oil in large skillet. Brown meat on both sides about 6 minutes. Reduce heat and add water cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until meat is tender. If necessary you may need to add a little more water.

Remove meat from skillet keep warm. Pour in tomato sauce into skillet the oregano. Heat to boiling and pour over meat.
