1 Egg
1/4 C Milk
1/2 C Beer

Cheese Cubes
Whole Green Chilies (canned)
Corn Meal

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff cheese inside chilies and roll in corn meal.

Whisk together remaining ingredients.

Dip peppers in batter, drop into 375º oil.

When pepper rises, flip over and let it brown.
