3 - 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
4 cups chicken stock
2 cups half and half
1 stalk celery (thinly sliced)
1 garlic clove (chopped)
2 carrots (thinly sliced)
2 onions (chopped)
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. thyme
salt
pepper
2 cups sacchettini or tortellini

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the celery, garlic, carrots and onions in butter in medium soup pot until tender. Add chicken, chicken stock, half and half, thyme, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add pasta. Gently boil for 4 minutes. Turn down to a simmer for 10 minutes.

If you want a thicker soup, add 1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1 - 2 tbsp. water.
