2 c. cooked chicken
4 T. butter
4 T. flour
1/2 t. basil
1/2 t. salt
1¾ c. chicken broth
6 oz. noodles, cooked
1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg (beaten into above cottage cheese)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Make a gravy with butter, flour, basil, salt and chicken broth. Mix with chicken. In a baking dish, layer half of the chicken and gravy with half of the noodles, cottage cheese mixture and Mozzarella; repeat. Bake for 1 hour @ 350º.
