5 cloves of garlic, minced
4 carrots, slant sliced
1/2 lb. tofu, cubed
1 c. cauliflower, cut bite size
1 c. baby corn
1 c. bamboo shoots
2-3 inch piece of ginger root, grated
3 qt. water
3 Tbsp. Bragg liquid aminos
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. coconut sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Thai red chili paste (opt.)
2-3 star anise
2-3 cardamom pods
1/4 tsp. basil
1 bunch green onions, slant cut
1 c. pea pods
1 pkg. rice noodles
1 c. Ming bean sprouts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first group of veggies with tofu, water, and all the flavorings. Cook about 15 minutes. Cook noodles separately according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water. Add green onions and peas at the end of cooking. Stir in the desired about of noodles for each bowl of soup. Don't add noodles to the whole soup. They would become mush. Sprinkle Mung bean sprouts on top of each bowl.
