Low Carb Chocolate Treat


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
9 oz Dark Chocolate (chips 60%+ or higher)
1/2 C heavy whipping cream
1 T instant expresson coffee
1t. Vanilla
Dark Cocoa powder (Hersheys or other)


Directions:
Directions:
Put chocolate in med bowl
Heat whipped cream almost to boiling
Add expresso
add 1 t vanilla
Stir

Pour over chocolate
Heat of cream will melt chocolate
stir chocolate until melted
Refrigerate 45 minutes

Remove chocolate from frig
It should be solt enough to ball.
Using a melon baller, or spoon form into small balls about marble size
Use your hands to roll into ball
Place balls on plate
Refrigerate 45 minutes

Remove balls from frig
Roll in hands to gently warm the outside
then plop them (French culinary term) into cocoa powder : )
