1 lb. bag of frozen broccoli
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 can of milk
1 stick of butter
Onion powder
1/2 lb. Velveeta or 1 bag of Velveeta shreds
1 c. Minute Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in crockpot for 3-4 hours on high.
Or it can be done in a 9x13 buttered baking dish on 350º for 1 hour.
Recipe doubles well.
