2 cups cooked rice
2 eggs, scrambled
4-6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2-4 green onions, sliced
1/2 - 1 cup cooked chicken
Sugar, sprinkle to taste (you want a slight sweet taste to the rice)
Soy sauce, to taste (start with 1 t.--you can always add more but you can't take it out!)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Serve warm or cold.

I always have fried rice when I make egg rolls. I use part of the chicken I cook for the egg rolls in the rice. It is flavored with garlic salt, salt and pepper. If you are not having egg rolls, cook one skinless chicken breast in the microwave, seasoned with garlic salt, salt and pepper. After it is cooked, I put it in the food processor but you could cut into small pieces.
