1 3 lb. chicken, cut up and skinned (I use chicken tenders or breast)

Seasoned Flour--
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 T. garlic salt
1 1/2 t. black pepper
1 1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t. poultry seasoning

Crispy Batter--
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 beaten egg yolk
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine seasonings and flour and set aside. Combine crispy batter and set aside. Heat oil to 365º in deep sauce pan or deep fryer to a depth of about 2 inches. Moisten chicken pieces with water. Dip in seasoned flour, then crispy batter, then back in seasoned flour. Fry until golden brown (15-18 minutes). Drain on paper towels
