½ lb Bacon
½ Small Onion, chopped
10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 C Shredded Cheese
Flour Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into 1" squares and saute` with onion. Drain.

Mix in spinach, salt and pepper.

When heated through, turn off heat and add cheese. Mix well.

Place filling on 1/2 flour tortilla.

Fold in half and secure stick pin style with a toothpick.

Fry in hot oil - 375º - until golden brown on both sides.
