1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 cups quick cooking oats

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars together. Beat in eggs. Add vanilla and then dry ingredients (oats last).

Roll batter into balls, and place 2" apart on cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie with a fork dipped in sugar.

Bake at 375º for 8 to 10 minutes.
