4 halves chicken breasts, boned and skinned
flour
salt
pepper
lemon juice
1 stick butter, clarified
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup half and half (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Dredge in flour until lightly coated. Cook in butter until browned. Remove chicken and keep warm.
saute mushrooms in same pan until soft, but not brown. Pour in wine and optional cream and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
