6 cups water
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced onion
2 teaspoons parsley
2 teaspoons basil
1 teaspoon oregano
3/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon thyme
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/3 cups diced zucchini
1 1/3 cups shell pasta
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 ounces) dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounces) white navy beans or cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14.5 ounces) Italian green beans, drained
2 cups packed chopped fresh spinach
Finely shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, tomatoes, vegetables, and spices in a crockpot. Season with salt and pepper, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Add zucchini, pasta, garlic, and beans. Cook on high heat an additional 30 to 40 minutes until pasta is tender. Stir in spinach and green beans. Cook until heated through.

Top with parmesan cheese.
