2 lbs breakfast sausage
3 c cheddar cheese
12 large eggs
salt and pepper
1/2 c mushrooms
1/2 c green pepper
1/2 c green onion
1 pt whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Put 1 1/2c of cheese on the bottom. Crack eggs individually on top of the cheese. Poke the eggs with a fork. Salt and pepper to taste. Layer the meat on top of the eggs. Add the veggies. Pour the whipping cream over the egg bake evenly. Sprinkle remain cheese. Cover in the refrigerator overnight. Bake 350º 45 minutes covered. Uncover for the last 15 minutes.
