4 - 6oz wild caught salmon fillets
1Tbsp lemon juice
1 c heavy cream or coconut milk
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp dill
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place fillets in glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and lemon juice. Pour cream over the fish. Sprinkle thyme and dill evenly. Bake 400º until flaky approximately 15-20 minutes.
