4 c cooked chicken cut into cubes
4 c boiling chicken broth
2 cups of cream of mushroom soup
12oz of wild rice
1/3c + milk
1/2 c onion
1/2 c celery
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley

Heat oven 350º. In a 4 qt casserole mix all the ingredients. Cover the casserole. Bake 50-60 minutes or until rice is tender. Uncover. Bake 10-15 minutes longer until liquid is absorbed. You also can do all the above on the stove top. Add more milk if dry.
