2 pounds baby potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Cut the unpeeled potatoes into 1/4" slices.

In a large bowl, combine the oil, salt, and pepper. Add potatoes, and toss until they are well coated.

Place the potato slices on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes or until well browned and crisp.
