4 heaping cups washed and hulled strawberries
4 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Paraffin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 cups sugar with berries and set over low heat and bring to boil, boil 5 minutes.
Then add lemon juice and rest of sugar.
Do not stir. Just shake and boil for 10 minutes; or until the drips will run together on edge of spoon.
Pour into jelly glasses.
Top with paraffin.

Evelyn remembers some of Grandma Anna's "jelly jars", topped with paraffin. She used stemmed sherbet glasses. They were so elegant. I loved having jelly bread and spooning the jelly out of such a pretty dish!
