4 c. sliced apples
4 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. oatmeal (quick oats)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced apples in a greased 8 inch square baking dish or 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle lemon juice over the apples. Blend the next 7 ingredients together until crumbly; sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until apples are tender.
