Slow cooker chicken and noodles

1. 2Lbs. boneless ,skinless chicken breast
2. 1 medium onion ,diced
3. 4stalks of celery ,diced
4. 4 carrots ,sliced
5. 2 cloves of garlic ,minced
6. 4 cups chicken stock
7. 2 cups water
8. 1 cup heavy cream
9. 1 tbsp. of AP flour
10. 1 tbsp. butter
11. 1tbsp salt
12. 1 tsp black pepper
13. 1 tsp onion powder
14. 2 tsp poultry seasoning
15. 2 tsp dried parsley flakes
16. 16 ounces wide egg noodles

Directions:

1. add chicken to slow cooker
2. add celery,onion,carrot andgarlic on top of chicken
3. add chicken stock
4. add spices to slow cooker
5. give everything a good stir to combine
6. cook this on high for 4 to 5 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours
7. check chicken with fork and when it is tender and brakes apart remove
from crock pot and shred chicken and place back in crock pot
8. add water and cream
9. add egg noodles stir well and make sure noodles are covered add a little water
if neededturn crock pot on high and cook for 30 mins. or untill noodles are tender
10. mash the butter and flour together to make a paste add to mixture when noodles
are done to make a gravy if needed make a little more mashed paste .


Very good over potatoes
