1/2 c. butter, softened (1 stick)
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. oats, quick cooking
1 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 t. vanilla
2 - 3 T. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oats and Rice Krispies in bowl and set aside. Melt butter, honey and brown sugar in medium pot. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Remove from heat and stir until thoroughly combined. Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Press into 8 x 8 pan spayed with Pam. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and lightly press into granola bars. Refrigerate for up to 2 hours to set. Cut into bars. Can be stored in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
