1 (20) Ounce can pineapple chunks in juice drained but reserve juice
2 tbs firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 tbs cider vinegar
1 tbs soy sauce
½ tsp ground ginger
2 medium green, red and yellow peppers
1 bag meatballs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar and corn starch and wisk until blended. Add pineapple juice, cider vinegar, soy sauce, ground ginger. Cook over medium heatuntil mixture thickens. This takes 4 to 6 minutes. Boil stiring consantly for 1 minute.
