1½ cup canola oil
½-¾ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
salt to tast
1 Tbsp. green pepper finely chopped
½ cup red wine vinegar
1½ tsp. dry parsley flakes
2 cloves crushed garlic
⅓ cup lemon juice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Place roast in ziplock bag and pour marinade over. Seal and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. A rump roast is ideal for this marinade. The next day cook in crockpot or in oven.

I became known as the "carnivorous one" with this recipe. It gives the roast a great flavor and if a rump roast is cooked to medium, it's delicious.
