¼ cup butter
1 tbs cajun seasoning
2 (16) ounces frozen potato wedges

Sauce
1 ½ cups sour cream
4 ounces cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup milk
¼ tsp garlic salt
4-6 drops of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Combine butter and cajun seasoning in 1 quart sauce pan. Heat until sizzling. Spread out potatoes on 2 greased baking sheets. Drizzle evenly with butter mixture toss to coat. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crisp.

Meanwhile combine all sauce ingredients in medium bowl mixuntil well blended. Spoon into serving bowl garnish with additional shredded cheese. Serve with warm potatoes.
