2 10oz. pkg. of frozen chopped broccoli
3 medium chicken breast (better flavor is you use breast with skin and bones) (2-3 cups)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 t. lemon juice
1/2 t. curry powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup soft bread crumbs (more is better--enough to cover casserole)
1/4-1/2 stick of butter, melted (depends on the amount of bread crumbs)

Preheat oven 350º. Boil chicken in salted water until tender. Skin, debone, and break into bite-size pieces. Cook broccoli, drain and arrange in greased (Pam) baking dish. Add chicken on top of broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry. Pour over top of chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Melt butter and add bread crumbs (I like to use left over hamburger or hotdog buns). Add the buttered crumbs on top of cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
