2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 (8oz) pkg. noodles, cooked
1 can cream style corn
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can ripe pitted olives, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
1 (4oz) can pimentos,(chopped & optional)
1 ½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. chili powder
⅛ tsp. dry mustard
⅛ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion and green pepper;
add remaining ingredients.
Place in 9 x 13 pan; sprinkle with cheese of choice (optional)
Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend. ( have made & bake right away but flavors better if set overnight.)
Bake @ 350º for 45 minutes
