3 tbl flour
1 tbl. Nutritional yeast
1 no-chicken boullion cube
1 bayleaf
1/4 tsp bacuns (bulk section LifeSource)
2 cups water
Poultry seasoning to taste
Pepper to taste

Splash of water or no chicken broth to adjust thickness if needed.

Melt butter in pan. Add boullion cube to dissolve. Add flour, mix.

Add remaining ingredients. Heat through until thickened.
