3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon real vanilla
1 cup pecan pieces
22 round buttery crackers (Ritz)
1 pint whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until slightly stiff. add sugar gradually, beating constantly.

Add vanilla;beat just to mix. Fold in nuts and cracker crumbs. Pour into well greased glass pie plate and microwave 4½ to 5 minutes at high power.

After pie is cooled, slather with whipped cream and garnish with brown sugar, cinnamon and fruit slices if desired.
