2-3/4 C sifted flour
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 C butter softened
1C granulated sugar
1C brown sugar
2 eggs
1C peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 375º

Sift together flour, baking soda on to a piece of waxed paper. Beat together butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, peanut butter and vanilla until fluffy( about 3 minutes). Stir in flour mixture with a wooden spoon until mixture forms a soft dough. Drop mixture by heaping teaspoonful, 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Flatten slightly. Bake in 375º oven for 10- 12 minutes or until cookies are firm
